Jamie's Garden Services took over the grounds maintenance contract for the prestigious holiday location of  Life House  early in  2019  when the former provider ceased trading. 

Over the past few years Jamie's Garden Services has provided a regular grounds maintenance services to the Mid Wales site, that has involved a whole host of tasks.

These tasks consist of the following services:

- Commercial Grass Mowing.

- Strimming of grass edges, around trees, and rough ground.

- Weed Control.

- Brush-Cutting of banks.

- Tree Services - for Wind-Blown Trees.

- Tree Services - Pollarding of a large tree that potentially could have damaged the property.

Jamie's Garden Services took over the commercial groundsmaintenance contract for part of the Ddole Road Industrial Estate in Llandrindod Wells late in  2018  when the former provider ceased trading.

This was a once loved large front and rear garden in  Rhayader that the owner struggled to maintain.  Jamie's Garden Services was commissioned by the owner to bring the garden back into a manageable state again 

There was a lot of hard work to bring this large lawn  back to this condition. The following tasks were undertaken:

- The grass was brought back under control from a long  length to a more manageable height.

- The grass was regularly mowed for the next few months to maintain its appearance.

-All waste was legally removed from site and disposed of..

A Residential customer in Builth Wells contacted Jamie's Garden Services when they needed some grounds maintenance looking after their property.

The picture shows the cutting down of the tall vegetation at the end of the season on the wild banks.

Crosfield Residential Care Home in Rhayader contacted Jamie's Garden Services when they were without their own groundsman to look after the extensive gardens.

Jamie's Garden Services was commissioned to maintain and improve the ground until a new member of staff was appointed to to manage the site. When taking on the site the grass was becoming overgrown and there was a need for tree services, hedge cutting and weed control.

There was a lot of hard work to bring the property back to this condition. 

The following tasks were undertaken:

- Spraying of Weed Killer on the pathways and hard standing areas.

- The grass was brought back under control to a more manageable length.

- Pathways and hard sanding areas were cleared.

- Hedges were cut.

- A couple of trees were felled that were leaning towards the building.

- A wind damaged tree was and safe.

- This had to be done with a number of reductions to prevent the grass from turning brown and looking dead, that would have occured if the height had reduced too aggressively in a single cut..
